Our People
We prioritise a local labour force of directly employed professionals, who we invest in training and certification, complimented with a longstanding sub-contract supply chain.

Our Place In The Local Community
Recognising the importance of the community in which we operate has inspired us to give back. We run community-based initiatives such as training and employment for disadvantaged people and financial sponsorship for a local girls football team.
LGX also sponsors Coven United FC Under 9's boys football team who are managed by our very own Matt Bond. They are seen here sporting their new LGX sponsored strip..
In addition to this, we have been able to volunteer our time and resources to contribute to the refurbishment of a drop-in centre for the homeless in Wolverhampton.
